The Columbia County Counsel’s Office provides civil legal services, representation and advice to the Columbia County government.

Counsel supplies a broad range of legal services to the Columbia County government in order to assist the county in effectively implementing the Commission’s policy objectives, achieving success for county operations, and minimizing risk and adverse results. 

Our services include civil, administrative and enforcement proceedings, drafting legal documents and ordinances, resolutions and orders of the Board of County Commissioners, and legal assistance on a variety of contractual, financial, regulatory and transactional matters.
