Restitution is a court-ordered award that directs convicted offenders to pay their victim(s) for economic losses they suffered as a result of the crime.
Once charges have been filed in a case, you will be asked to complete a Victim Financial Loss form and provide supporting documentation. Our Advocates will work with you to identify and document losses for restitution. For more information about restitution please contact us.
Services are provided regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, religion, class, ethnicity, age, income, or immigration status.
