If you already have the Teams app, the meeting will open there automatically. Select Sign in to join with access to the live stream. Once you have input your name initials, click on "join" and you'll then join the meeting right away.

If you do not have the Teams app, the Microsoft website provides directions on How to Join a Teams Meeting Without an Account.

Please note: The video feed may show extended periods with no activity. This is because ballots are processed as the Elections Office receives them.
